I began my 28-year career in the insurance and financial services industry in the fall of 1987 as a representative of London Life. I soon learned that being an “independent” financial advisor was becoming very important to my clients and to the growth of my business. As a result I decided to join AQ Financial Group as an advisor in 1992 and it was with this firm that I first began working with Bill Harris and Cam Forer. Then in 1995, I branched out on my own and formed my own financial services company, DW Anderson Consulting Group Inc. 

I earned my Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation in 1993 and my Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation in 1998. 

As a ‘dual-licensed’ representative, I feel I am well-positioned to provide my clients with comprehensive financial advice and recommendations that are tailored to their unique needs and goals. 

Although the financial services industry has evolved over the years (and continues to do so), one thing remains constant: clients still need a high-level of service. My team and I have been delivering on that promise for nearly 25 years and we look forward to continuing to meet that expectation in the many years ahead.

Deb Davey

Office Manager

Deb has over 20 years of administrative experience in the insurance and financial services industry and has been with our firm since April of 1995. 

As the Office Manager, she is responsible for processing trades, detailed reporting and general day-to-day administration. Her duties also include third party administration for our numerous group benefit clients which includes monthly billings and processing of all employee transactions. 

Deb is meticulous, highly motivated and works extremely hard at keeping the office (and Don) organized and running smoothly. 

She is usually the “friendly face behind the front desk” who greets our clients and is a very valuable member of our team!

Sherri-lynne Rosso

Administrative Assistant

Sherri-Lynne Rosso has many years’ experience within the insurance and financial services industry and has been with Don’s team since January of 1999. 

Sherri-Lynne’s duties include trade processing, filing and record-keeping as well as assisting with third party administration for all of our pension and group insurance clients. Sherri-Lynne is also responsible for tracking Continuing Education credits, maintaining all licensing requirements as well as banking, accounting and maintaining the books in the office. 

Sherri-Lynne is knowledgeable, personable and outgoing and is a tremendous asset to the company and our clients!

Supporting the communities within which we work

At IPC, we built IPC Cares to bring together the various efforts we make towards enhancing the communities within which we operate. By adopting causes that are close to our hearts, we keep ourselves committed and accountable.

Last year alone, as a company, we supported the aid efforts on the Fort McMurray fires, palliative care through The Healing Cycle Foundation and women and children through The Salvation Army.

Perhaps the most significant effort we undertake, and one that we believe is representative of the kind of work that inspires and keeps us committed to our CSR efforts, is the community development project in Honduras with The Carpenteros & Friends. Last year’s project involved a group of IPC staff and Advisors volunteering their time and energy on the ground. Very little is as inspiring and rewarding as living the lives of the people you’re helping, and every one of the people who took the journey came back a changed person, even more determined to stay committed to making a difference in the world!

We also made countless small but significant contributions of our time and resources within our communities through many grassroots charities we believe in, and the ripple effect of their efforts are always rewarding.
